Tea Cake Resurgence

In 1995, Etha partnered with Mr. David Smith and others on the Mrs. Bethune's Tea Cakes project. The project partially commissioned by the National Council of Negro women, created a tea cake cookie tin to commemorate Mrs. Bethune's contributions to education. 2018, Mrs. Robinson's tea cakes has partnered with Chef Anna Marie Carter and Cuppedia, a gourmet food branding company, to bring the southern style Tea Cake to an international audience. This includes creating new Gourmet Tea Cake flavors. Including an organic tea cake for a delicious and nutritious taste adding to the tea cakes Market appeal.
